First Time buyer I have certainly walked into many dealerships and come out with nothing but the lint in my pockets and an unfavorable view of the salesman. From the minute I walked in I was greeted and not told to wait for the “next available salesman” like I’m in line at the DMV. Dino Zonetti took the time to care about what I was interested in and not what he wanted to sell me. We sat down and talked about how I always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. I had no intention of walking out of the dealership that day with my first new car purchase (at 33 years old) as I had always bought used cars and was always skeptical about owning a new one. Dino made me feel like I was family and walked my wife and I through the options for the 2018 Wrangler, what I wanted, what I needed, and what options were unnecessary for my needs. By the time we were done I walked out a proud Jeep owner!!! Dino really bent over backwards for my wife and I, we stay in touch to this day!! Dino was very clear with the lease pricing and offered a very competitive lease deal. Arrived at 1PM to pick up the car and was on my way home with in an hour. Dino had all the paper work processed in advance. He took us out for a test drive, filled up the gas and instructed us on how to use all the features, especially the navigation and phone settings. When it broke down for t Our brand-new new Jeep Cherokee 2014 has had a mechanical breakdown twice already since its lease commencement on 6/14/2014. When it broke down for the second time, it was towed to the dealership, which did not even work on it for more than 24 hours and they gave my wife such a run-around for hours over the phone that she had to finally show up there in person to complain in person. They still haven't told us when the car will be fixed and have refused even to provide us with a loaner car - to add insult to injury. I speak highly of Dino in Sales but in his absence, this dealership, particularly its service department treats us without dignity. More
