Unfortunately "Sandy" destroyed my car and I was in need of a replacement in short order. I priced the Dodge Charger online and then began to search for quotes from different dealers. I received prompt offers from most of the dealers in a timely manner. After emailing back and forth and then speaking with a few I narrowed my search down to Dino from White Plains Dodge. I have been a Store Manager for a commissioned based furniture store for over 25 years and I know what level of professional customer service I expect from my staff and what I expect to receive when I look to make a major purchase. I felt that I received a high level of product knowledge, financial assistance information, customer service, follow-up and professionalism at this dealership. I would highly recommend Dino and the staff at White Plains Dodge to anyone looking to receive excellent customer service in purchasing a vehicle. More

The entire staff and especially Dino are well deserving of the ratings I gave them. From the moment I entered the parking lot of the dealership I was shown courtesy and respect. Dino went beyond what I think most salespeople would do in assisting me on getting my old car to the dealership - he came to my home and drove it because I was too concerned that it would brake down en route. As for the actual sale of the car to me, I was explained all my options for the car and the financial aspect too. They worked with me until we found the right avenue to use to make the purchase possible. When I picked up the car, I didn't have to wait - everything was just about done. I was introduced to the service department too. Dino took me to my car and explained at all the ins and outs - and even set up my Bluetooth system! I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to using them for a long time to come. More

Went to the dealership looking for a used Chrysler Town and Country. I met with Dino Zonetti one of the top sales people of this dealership. He is also a real gentleman. Dino was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. We took the vehicle for a ride and I noticed a few things wrong with the vehicle. I did however really like this vehicle it was exactly what I was looking for. I asked Dino if the problems could be fixed. Without hesitation Dino said this will be as good as new. Four days later I picked up the vehicle and it looked and drove like I just took it off the showroom floor. I was excited that Dino and the crew here really cared about me. All the paper work went well and I drove off. I cannot say anything but great things about this place. I was able to meet the owner who was a really nice and understanding person. Without a doubt I will one day buy a new car from this dealership. 10 star rating. Neil More
