I realize that right now cars are hot and there is no room for negotiation, but throughout the process and especially towards the end of closing the purchase, I felt shamed for asking questions about the car, the car buying process, and the paperwork that I was signing. Some responses to questions I asked would have the tone of "that's a stupid question" which I did not appreciate. For the most part, the team was patient in guiding me through the car-buying process, but there were several moments where I felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking questions about car features. Overall the process was smooth and likely not out of the ordinary, but I would NOT recommend this dealership to a friend and would prefer to go to another Mazda dealership. More

Overall very poor experience.
