We all know how long and boring it is buying a new car. However, the hospitality I was given at this dealership made the process a whole lot easier. I was interested in the new Nissan Kicks and Djamal’s kind and talkative personality made the process lighter and not as stressful compared to other dealerships I went to in the past. The financing eligibility took the longest out of the whole process but in the end was worth it. If I were to buy another car I’d definitely hit up Djamal the next time I’m in the area. More

This dealership experience was amazing. The wonderful customer service starts with your 1st interaction with their online management team Sam and especially Trisha. I called so many times with many questions and Trisha did not hesitate to put my mind ease and encourage me to keep calling and asking. She went so far as to meet me when i arrived for my test drive and introduce me to the salesman she recommended for my search. Now- the salesman. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Djamal Oucif. His experience and knowledge on my Nissan shined through his face mask. He is so personable and made me genuinely feel like i was getting the "friends and family" treatment. He explained what to expect on every step on the process and made sure I never felt overwhelmed or unsure. He brought a sense of expertise to the table that gave me confidence in the vehicle and dealership. I will be sending anyone that will listen, over to see Djamal for their car buying journey. I could not have been happier with my purchase and experience. ---warning--- The listed price online may be off a few grand. The dealership will sometimes put work into the car or make updates on it that are added on to the cost of the vehicle price. The listed price is before that value was added so I was thrown off when I sat down to talk numbers. I would have appreciated a heads up, but I will admit that I could have also done my homework a little more thoroughly. I would still definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Djaml Oucif for your next vehicle purchase. SAM- if you're reading this. Give Djmal the point for this sale please. More
