Could not have been better! Came in to look at a used TLX our son had seen on the internet. The sales consultant who worked with us was amazing (Dmitry), helping us decide betwee Came in to look at a used TLX our son had seen on the internet. The sales consultant who worked with us was amazing (Dmitry), helping us decide between the 4 and 6-cylinder models, individual cars, etc. and fully explaining the pre-certification warranty. Since our son lives out-of-state and was trading in his old car, the whole transaction was a bit more complicated than normal, but it all went extremely smooth thanks to Julian's handling when Dmitry went on vacation. What a wonderful sales experience! Next time we need a car, we will be back! More

Excellent Car Experience My lease on my 2014TL was almost up but I needed an oil change. As soon as I went to the showroom Frankie approached and said let's get you into a ne My lease on my 2014TL was almost up but I needed an oil change. As soon as I went to the showroom Frankie approached and said let's get you into a new car. A test drive and some number crunching and we were signed in less than an hour. I returned 2 hours later so they could prep the car and was done in 45 minutes. Great sales and support and no finance pressure. Great Day More
