A Great Dealership with great employees! We have been doing business with Acura of Westchester since June 2007 when we leased our first RDX. In the ensuing years everyone we have dealt with We have been doing business with Acura of Westchester since June 2007 when we leased our first RDX. In the ensuing years everyone we have dealt with at the dealership has exhibited the highest degree of professionalism and expertise. From sales to service we have never had less than a rewarding experience. This time around we brought in our leased 2013 RDX and xchanged it for a new lease on a 2016 RDX Advanced. Our salesman was Dmitry Novikov, who continued this "streak". Mr. Novikov treated us with the utmost care, and made us feel that he was most interested in seeing our automotive needs satisfied. Even though this was the fourth RDX we would lease he treated us as if this would be the first. Although we were in effect "presold", his approach made us feel that we were valued customers. He listened to us and was able to meet every request we made. Success! We were able to drive out of the lot with our new car the very next day. Thanks, Dmitry and Acura of Westchester. More
