Im not a huge fan of dealerships to buy cars due to the salespeople being pushy and not listening but Jordan did exactly what I needed. My previous car was massive to fix and broke down. We had an excellent experience buying a new car from Toyota of Gladstone. Our sales rep, Bobby Sites, was extremely knowledgeable, and he offered us a way to purchase a RAV4 Prime through first leasing Toyota of Gladstone. Our sales rep, Bobby Sites, was extremely knowledgeable, and he offered us a way to purchase a RAV4 Prime through first leasing it to take advantage of a Toyota lease incentive. We were skeptical at first, but Bobby gave us detailed, clear, verifiable, and transparent information, and was patient with our multiple questions, concerns, and "what ifs". He walked us through the application on line and got everything preapproved, and we drove down the next day from Seattle to to pick up our new car in order to take advantage of end-of-the-year dealer rebates. He took us for a drive and showed us all of the features of the car, and got us set for . Between doing the lease and the fact that it was an interstate sale, the financial paperwork was all a little more complicated, I'm confident that we got an incredible deal on this car. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful, there weren't any hard sells, and the whole experience was very pleasant. More
