This dealership, salesman (Chris Schiffiano) and his supervisor (Patricia Corcoran) has been very dishonest and disingenuous in our dealings in regards to purchasing a Ford Explorer listed for sale on t supervisor (Patricia Corcoran) has been very dishonest and disingenuous in our dealings in regards to purchasing a Ford Explorer listed for sale on their site. No use in contacting them to scheduled an appointment to come in for a test drive or to purchase a car. They will sale the car while you are in route to the dealership. After days of constant communication in regards to the status and condition of the vehicle, in which we assured Chris that we were prepared to purchase if everything checked our as noted on their end. Chris scheduled an appointment time and we agreed to make the 2 hour trip to New Port Richie to come in to purchase the vehicle. On the morning of the appointment Chirst texted to confirm the appointment and we assured him we were definitely coming in as scheduled and agreed upon. Less than 2 hours later (45 minutes into our road trip to New Port Richey) we receive a text from Chris stating that they'd just sold the vehicle from under us. After 2 days of constant communication and in the midst of us traveling to keep our agreed upon appointment time. We received no phone call, text message nor any communication to re-confirm our plans to purchase or give us the first option to buy since we has been in constant communication and locked in an appointment to test and buy the vehicle. More
