Talk about making a bad situation SO MUCH BETTER!!! My husband and I bought our first Equinox from Dolon in January 2019. On August 15, my husband was caught in the middle of a violent multi-car acciden My husband and I bought our first Equinox from Dolon in January 2019. On August 15, my husband was caught in the middle of a violent multi-car accident caused by someone rear-ending him at between 45-50 miles an hour and the pushing him into the stopped car in front of him. My husband was lucky to walk away from the accident. This morning (August 19th) I went out to meet the adjuster while my husband was at work (yeah - THAT is how lucky he was). After the adjuster gave me the report, I walked back in to talk to Dolon about a replacement. Within TWO HOURS, he had found us a replacement that was even better than the car we had but in the same beautiful color (Pacific Blue), worked with finance (who were wonderful as well) to get us into a payment plan better than the one we originally had, and facilitated getting all of the paperwork signed so that, once the insurances (auto and gap) clear, all we have to do is have my husband sign the paperwork and it's ready to go. Having purchased two vehicles now at Glover, I am impressed at how well we have been treated all around. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the finance person who helped me, but he was wonderful too. More

2nd Time Is A Charm! So glad I came here! I came in and purchased a vehicle Friday and went out of town until Sunday. After driving the truck I decided that I wanted something different. Dolon and Sean worked so hard to get me what I wanted on Friday and in a payment monthly that I could afford. I hated to come back and tell them that I wanted something different. I decided that I would just go back in and tell them never mind and just get my original vehicle back and maybe I could afford what I really wanted later down the road. When I came in on Monday morning and Dolon sat down with me, I explained my situation and told him that I had a better idea now after driving it of what I wanted across the board but understood that it wasn't in my budget right now. He noticed my list of "wanted things" and my prices I had written down from another dealer in town. He asked me about it and I explained that those were things that I know right now we couldn't afford to add but my list for later when we are able to do so. He asked me if he could make a copy of my list and talk to Sean about. I said of course. He came back and told me that he and Sean were going to sit down and look over some things and let me know something by lunch time. When I called Dolon back he told me that they had me the perfect truck! I came in after work yesterday and he not only had everything added that I wanted but more AND it was the same monthly payment as the original truck! I couldn't be happier! More
