I would NEVER recommend the dealership because of the unethical, slimy, dishonest sales tactics used by Dennis and Dom, and reinforced by the general manger. They used false sincerity to create trust, pr unethical, slimy, dishonest sales tactics used by Dennis and Dom, and reinforced by the general manger. They used false sincerity to create trust, prolonged the process to keep me onsite longer, used the value of my trade to create confusion and back into numbers. Dom then accelerated through the signing of paperwork without showing me pertinent pages of the sales contract that required my e-signature. To make matters worse, Dom typed my name on the signature lines of those documents without my knowledge or consent, which is ILLEGAL Once home, I thoroughly reviewed the paperwork and discovered discrepancies in numbers as and saw my electronic signature on pertinent pages of the sales contract. I returned to the dealership a few hours later and asked them to nullify the contract because I wouldn’t have moved forward had I known how much I was actually being charged for the car. Dennis said I could have my trade in vehicle back but that turned out to be another lie. The GM then came out, told me there was no “cooling off period in Maryland” so I was not getting my old car back and he hoped I would eventually like my new car. I am now locked into a car payment for 5 years that is almost double what I planned on. Had Dom shown me the information on his computer screen, I wouldn’t have purchased the car. Had Dennis nullified my contract as he said he would, then I wouldn’t be saddled with a car payment that has me stretch very thin financially, for 5 years.. More

Shaz greeted me shortly after entering the dealership and provided me the exact car I was interested in to take for a test drive. He answered all my questions and made my new car leasing experience painless provided me the exact car I was interested in to take for a test drive. The people I'd most like to thank are the sales staff I worked with: Raj and Julian. Both were great - focusing on being helpful without pressuring me. Getting stuck 550 miles from home with a dead car is never fun. Having it happen over a holiday - even less fun. But both Raj and Julian helped to make the experience as stress-free as possible. Raj - your advice to charge my new EV at the nearby Walmart was invaluable. Finding charging stations on the 550 mile trip back home was a bit more challenging than I had imagined. But once I limited my search to Walmart stores with charging stations the trip home went much smoother. Julian - you really went out of your way on New Years Day - your day off - the dealership was closed - but you came in and got me access to my new car that morning. Many thanks! (And thanks, again, to Raj for making the 2-hour trip the night before to get the car for me). Dom - thanks for the surprisingly quick financial meeting. Although warranties & other add-ons were part of the conversation, there was no pressure and we were able to quickly focus in on what I wanted while breezing past anything I didn't want. Raj, Julian and Dom are the best. If I am ever stuck far from home with a dead car again I hope that it is in Frederick MD near the Ideal Hyundai dealership. More
