Thank You for your feedback, We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with the front-facing camera on your new GMC. We understand and sympathize with your frustration in purchasing a new vehicle and experiencing a camera issue. We would have been able to get your vehicle in sooner. However, our records indicate that you rescheduled your appointment from the originally scheduled date and this may have been the reason why it took a little longer to get your vehicle in to be repaired. We did have your vehicle for a few days to trace the problem. Unfortunately, with newer vehicles that are filled with electronics, it can take a bit longer to narrow down the exact cause of an issue. We wanted to be sure that we resolved the issue correctly the first time. Your GMC warranty covered your repairs completely and we offered to provide you with a loaner vehicle while your GMC was being repaired. Our service manager Mike even spoke with you and or your husband at least once, sometimes twice a day with updates as to the progress while your vehicle was being repaired. If you would like to address this matter more, please reach out to our management team at 301-663-3121. We do appreciate you sharing your experience and if we can be of any assistance to you in the future, please let us know.
