Our journey to our daughters purchasing of her first car ! We've all had this experience, you see a car on the internet that"checks all the boxes", it's perfect only to go see it in person and...........not qu We've all had this experience, you see a car on the internet that"checks all the boxes", it's perfect only to go see it in person and...........not quite the same. You don't know what hurts more, the feeling you've been mislead for the old "Bait and Switch" or "Teaser Ad" to get you in or the look of disappointment on your daughters face as reality sets in. Definitely Not the case with our purchase from Ideal Hyundai. We looked at several other cars at other locations then it was Ideal's turn.....WOW ! From our prompt initial greeting, to the car that was exactly, if not better than, as represented online, to the entire purchase process. It was so professionally and friendly done. Far better than the other locations we visited. The result.......one very happy customer that will enjoy her new pre-owned car from Ideal ! Great job to Dom and all of the Ideal Team !! Thank You ! More

It was one of the easiest car purchases I've made. Dom answered all of our questions. He took the time to give my daughter a rundown of all abilities of the car.
