Pretty straightforward really no interaction that much just I sat and waited for it when it was done. They said it was done and that was it. I was very upset that I mad no heat and in order to get heat I had to pay $198.00 to get the update. I also got no video for the work that was said to be needed. I had updates before and never paid for the heat I had to pay $198.00 to get the update. I also got no video for the work that was said to be needed. I had updates before and never paid for them. I wanted a new sport however after paying for update to have heat I am not going to do that. More
