I purchased a 2012 Certified Mustang convertible from Shaker . My salesman Dom Lacapra, was the absolute best. No pressure, patient and very accommodating. While the F&I woman was quite polite the process was way too long and very annoying. I did not finance. Would I buy another car from Shaker, YES. Good dealership, great salesman and good programs. After calling a few other dealerships, I was growing tired and frustrated of hearing how the Expedition "just wasn't a popular vehicle anymore"- this was not even mentioned at Shaker's. In fact, Dom L went above and beyond to ensure I got into an Expedition instead of settling for an Explorer- that is a true commitment to customer service! He worked out many different leasing and financing scenarios until we found one that worked best, the dealership even took the time to locate and swap my Expedition from another location! These are among the many reasons why I have exclusively purchased my vehicles from Shaker's since 1995. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, Jim, Dom and the entire team deserve to be commended for their commitment to customer satisfaction! More

We leased a 2015 Lincoln Navi Another great buying experience at Shaker's Family Ford/Lincoln with Salesman Dom LaCapra and sales manager Jim Shiavo. We leased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator last week. The particular vehicle we wanted was due into Shakers and not on the lot yet. Spoke to Dom, and he had another Navigator ready for us to test drive and check out. The only difference between the model we wanted and the model we drove was the DVD Entertainment system, everything else was the same down to the color. The Navigator was perfect. Dom showed us all the options and explained them also. Two days later, the Navigator arrived. Dom contacted me and we made an appointment to finalize the deal. The finance manager Manny is also great to work with, and made all the paperwork a breeze. My famiy and I just can't see buying a vehicle any where else. More
