they delivered me a 2017 Lincoln Navigator with problems I had to bring it back in for 3 days and they did not fix the problems. The problems were annoying but not monumental and they failed to address the I had to bring it back in for 3 days and they did not fix the problems. No Ford dealer ever blew me off like this before. More

WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!! ! THESE PEOPLE ARE BONAFIDE CROOKS. AFTER BEING SOLD A LEMON USED F250 THAT NEED OVER 3500$ OF WORK A MERE 6 HOURS AFTER BEING DRIVEN OFF THE LOT, MY ! THESE PEOPLE ARE BONAFIDE CROOKS. AFTER BEING SOLD A LEMON USED F250 THAT NEED OVER 3500$ OF WORK A MERE 6 HOURS AFTER BEING DRIVEN OFF THE LOT, MY FIANCE WAS TOLD TO "GO XXXX HIMSELF" BY SALES MANAGER DOM LACAPRA. LIED ABOUT WARRANTY, REFUSED TO SWALLOW TOWING BILL/DIAGNOSTIC BILL OF BRINGING UN-DRIVEABLE TRUCK BACK TO THEIR DEALERSHIP. TRULY SADDENED TO HAVE HAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A DESPICABLE GROUP OF PEOPLE AND DEALERSHIP. WAS FORD-LOYAL UP TO THIS POINT. More

We were looking for two new vehicles during this visit. Ted Vanasse did a great job in finding the right vehicles and Rodrigo Gallardo did a great job on explaining the new technology in our new rides. .My daughter loves her Edge and my F150 is an awesome vehicle. We look forward to working with them in the future and we will introduce our family and friends to them as well. More
