I initially connected with Nicole Johnson via internet once I arrived,on Monday May 19,2014 at the dealership Mostafa greeted me nicely and introduced me to Ms. Johnson. My experience with Continental Toyota was 10 stars and some. Mostafa, Sam and Domenic worked with me diligently on purchasing my 2014 Toyota Avalon. I highly recommend them for excellent customer service, professionalism and being courteous. The facility is spotless although some brighter lighting would have helped my old eyes. I was promptly greeted upon entering the dealership and promptly introduced to the person I was to meet. She (Tasha) had been working with me on the phone and took me to my salesman, Ruben Gonzalez. Ruben was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened to my needs, showed me the car, joined me for the test drive, answered all my questions and handled the transaction with absolute professionalism. He was pleasant and thorough. I would buy from him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Dominick Nanni could not have been better in handling the finance end of the business. He, too, was thorough and explained each of the documents he presented for signature. His manner was relaxing and reassuring. Great job. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience. More

Jacqueline Dybas snapped at me, when I asked her to do one more extra step (I was driving from faraway and wanted to be sure that I get the best deal around). Domenic Nanni - the guy was agitated, we were the first customers of the day and he was already stressed. He tried to sell us additional warranty, I bet he sold nothing this day, not only to us. Bill Awwad was friendly and knowledgeable. Tina Smentek made an exceptional job by explaining every detail over email conversation. I bought my Camry at Continental Toyota because Tina was willing to go an extra mile with me. Also provided "out the door" price, knowing the total price, made me comfortable to pay hold fee by the phone. More
