I bought a car here and their service was good. They answered every question I had . But I do wish that they were more informative with papers and the buying process. We walked out good and happy. They answered every question I had . But I do wish that they were more informative with papers and the buying process. We walked out good and happy. But the next day when I sat down to look through the papers I read a lot of important information that they never once talked about( kind of just handed me papers and that’s all) and I had to go back to the dealership and ask about it to understand it clearly. aside from that, the sales consultant I worked with was Kristen Shocky and she answered every question I made. And made sure I got what I was looking for. :) very nice and patient with us! More

We had a great experience at Continental. We bought a CPO 2019 RAV4. They had the vehicle ready, just the right amount of communication from Gary Muller to arrange and coordinate beforehand We bought a CPO 2019 RAV4. They had the vehicle ready, just the right amount of communication from Gary Muller to arrange and coordinate beforehand, and Leo Salazar was very accommodating on our visit and test drive. Once we made the decision to buy, Domenic Nanni and Michael Wishne were very efficient and easy to work with. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had of the dozen or so I have bought.
