Hello! My name is Dominic and I grew up in Leamington, Ontario. I’m a Dale Carnegie graduate. Joining the auto industry over 30 years ago was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Becoming a part of the sales team at Serra Chevrolet in 2014 was another great decision. I have the opportunity to work with some of the best people who I enjoy building lasting relationships with. Dominic Ciacelli was such a pleasure to work with. I was a bit overwhelmed before coming into Serra. Buying a car is a big deal! Dominic reduced my stress level from 10 to zero! I had an all around positive experience buying a car at a dealership for the first time. Dominic was kind, patient, and had the “old school” charm that made me feel at ease. Dominic was extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I buy my first brand new car! He spent almost an entire day with us when we came in on Saturday helping us find the right car. When we realized we likely wouldn’t be able to buy the car that day due to banks being closed he sat with us and tried to figure out a way to make it happen that day. When we realized we would have to wait until Monday he made sure we knew exactly what we’d need when we came back! He was super honest and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend him! More
