Corwin Ford in November had me bringing my truck for a break recall. The parts they put on failed immediately that night and I almost was involved in a red light accident down the road as my brakes went o break recall. They told me the next day, the part they put on was bad. I would have a new one soon . Nine months later I still have no truck and no communication from the company. I’ve made over $6000 in car payment since then and I have no vehicle. Corwin Ford was more than happy to let me leave that dealership with bad brakes and I’m lucky I didn’t kill myself or someone else. They’ve had plenty of chances to fix this situation and chose not to. Do not take any of your vehicle vehicles to Corwin Ford Spokane Valley for recalls. And if you have your brakes fixed there, have someone else to look at it first to make sure you’re not gonna kill someone on the way home. More
