We were over an hour from home and had an issue with the truck on a Saturday afternoon. We were 1 mile from the dealership and when I called, they said to bring the truck in and the Service Detector would truck on a Saturday afternoon. We were 1 mile from the dealership and when I called, they said to bring the truck in and the Service Detector would try to determine the issue. The front wheel bearing had failed and the truck was undrivable. The Service Director was able to provide us with a loaner vehicle so that we could continue with our weekend and get home. The truck was repaired and ready for me to pick up by mid-afternoon that Monday. They went above and beyond to help us out and I would highly recommend this service team at this dealership! More
