Dishonest salesman and unprofessional saleman I brung my daughter in to buy her first car and started with philip lowendick as my salesman. He left without telling us anything to help another customer and then jason lohmiller started to help us and dominic in finance told me that they was trying to get my daughter the graduate approval and if that didnt go through i could co sign with her since she is only 18 with no credit but said that it could be 10 minutes or 10 hours for them to verify that she would graduate in may and that she worked at her job. Jason told me he would stay on top of it and call me back but i have come to realize that they are cowards and could not just be honest and tell me that they could not do anything for us. This was a Friday and it is now Sunday.I will not shop at nissan again. More

It was a storming Saturday and my wife and I both bought new/used cars with our 14 month old and the whole experience was flawless. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Zero pressure from salesman. Their biggest concern was that we were comfortable in making the right decision. We bought a Toyota and Ford, which they brought in from other locations for us to test drive. It was nice to not have them pressure us into “Nissan Only” vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in helping me sort through my options and come to a decision that best fit my situation. Alberto Garza in the finance department was excellent. I was having an issue with NMAC that Nissan customer service was not helpful with. Alberto went out of his way to get to the bottom of it for me. He also got me a good rate and set me up with a good warranty on my lease buyout. Josh and Alberto both went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. They are good people as well as professionals. Honorable mention to Dominic as well. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. :) More

Cindy McCraney is an incredible person, understanding our exact needs as a family and finding us two beautiful cars to exceed all expectations!!!! Steve Lowery was wonderful throughout the test driving processes and making sure the cars fit atributes we, “needed!”. Emory Shelley were amazing about making the deals work perfectly and Ryan Lassiter was ready to find us a brilliant alternative vehicle if we wanted anything else not on the lot. It was a really fun process and they catered to our every need!!!! Keith Hunt even made the finance process seamless and a man of his word as we asked him to only run our credits’ once and get the best interest rate as we have been burned by dealerships before! 5 star, class dealership for both new and used! We ended up buying two BMW’s they seamlessly were able to take from one of the other Sansing lots as they fit our “needs” the most lol!!!! Thank you Sandy Sansing Nissan team!!!!! More
