Great repair experience Dominic was my customer rep and he was very efficient and knowledgeable regarding my repair. As I waited in the waiting area he came out a number of times to speak with other people he was helping. Each time he was courteous and has great communication skills. I observed other customer service reps also and they too were very efficient and also had great communication skills. I deeply appreciate having the repair explained to me in terms that are easy to understand.. This is the first Toyota I have owned, purchased at Metro Toyota and it will not be the last Toyota I will own. More

Professional and quick. We took our 2011 Toyota Camry in for an oil change. Thank goodness we did. It needed a new battery. No issues with this car. We would definitely go here again. The service people there give us great peace of mind. They check everything. Pleasant and efficient!! We depend on them to keep us safe. Great people!! More

Last service Needed a tire do to slow leak nail in side wall, did not put a valve cap on, went and bought caps, they adj all the pressure, checked they where all a Needed a tire do to slow leak nail in side wall, did not put a valve cap on, went and bought caps, they adj all the pressure, checked they where all at 30 psi not the 35 psi called for. The little things that bother, don’t like filling tires in a cold garage! More

Maintenance update I called on a very cold winter day and asked to have the maintenance work done early. They were able to do the work early. The work was done in good time.On my drive home I heard a loud noise under the car. The oil indicator came on and I returned to the dealership.
