I had a very disappointing experience with Corwin Honda. I first purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and within just 2 days the vehicle started having serious transmission problems. The dealership attempted to re I first purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and within just 2 days the vehicle started having serious transmission problems. The dealership attempted to repair it, but the same issue continued for over a month, causing a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Eventually, they agreed to take the Nissan back and sold me a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Unfortunately, less than two weeks later, I found out the Subaru now needs around $5,000 in repairs for issues that should have been caught during inspection or disclosed before the sale. While Mateo and Quincy were involved in the process, the overall experience left me feeling like the vehicles were not properly inspected and that I was repeatedly sold cars with major mechanical problems. Buying a vehicle should come with confidence and peace of mind, not immediate repair bills and ongoing frustration. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience and would strongly encourage others to have any vehicle thoroughly inspected independently before purchasing. More

I like the used car very much and I would rate Corwin Honda overall as pretty good, but I’m a little disappointed in Meghan. As I was inspecting the car the day before I eventually signed the paperwork for it, I specifically asked Meghan if all of the maintenance had been recently taken care of including all of the fluids and she said yes. I took her at face value, however I have since discovered that the car computer says that there’s only 15% of life left in the engine oil, and I have found the windshield wiper fluid reservoir is completely empty. I feel that Meghan was not entirely candid with me when I asked her direct questions regarding the condition of the used vehicle. I will be taking my newly purchased car to get inspected in serviced next week, but I will not be taking it to Corwin to get that service done. More

Corwin is the worst dealership ever and do not care about their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for hi their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for his own interests and does not care about helping customers receive the best value for their money. Sales Manager Robert treats customers very poorly with intentions of upselling the customer. Jennifer lied on the phone and in person when taking care of me. Master Tech Jeff was incompetent and did not know how to diagnose my vehicle and returned it in unsafe condition. Corwin's technicians lied about changing parts, and damaged the vehicle during repairs. After returning for the same problem 4 times, we were confident that Corwin's technicians did not have the level of expertise to maintain the car. The car was at the service department for 5 weeks out of the 6 months we owned it, and nothing was ever fixed. I asked for an appraisal, when the car was in the service department for 2 weeks, and it was not done. We always experienced huge hassles getting things done at Corwin and there were problems each and every time. Because of Corwin's horrible employee culture, lack of internal communication, multiple mistakes, and empty promises, we sold our brand new 2025 Honda 6 months after buying. If you buy a Honda, look elsewhere. Poor Management, poor service, and poor technicians. So happy to not ever have to deal with them again. More

There were multiple errors within 1 service appointment, and additional damage from the second service appointment. Additionally, 3 of the 5 issues were not resolved within the 2 weeks that Corwin’s service and additional damage from the second service appointment. Additionally, 3 of the 5 issues were not resolved within the 2 weeks that Corwin’s service department had our vehicle. There was a lack of responsibility, communication issues within the workplace, negligence, subpar standards for quality and controls, lack of detail/thoroughness, and an absence of honesty in Corwin’s service department.
