They were high pressure, misinforming, pushing warranties and obviously did not value our time. We spent six hours at the dealership given the impression they were partnered with our credit union and all papers could be signed there. They didn't tell us if we chose our credit union's warranty we had to go there to sign the papers. Had we been told that from the beginning we could have saved hours of time. It took only 40 minutes with our credit union to complete the transaction. Absolutely ridiculous! More
