I told him I was just shopping around and wanted to see all that was available out there and he said OK just keep him in mind and he would work with me to get me in what I wanted. I left and went to about every new car dealer ship in car city and around town. As the wife and I shopped we liked the looks of the Elantra and nothing seem to be what we wanted. We went back and Troy was true to his word. We discussed pricing and I was not sure if we could get down to what I wanted, then he asked me what it would take. I told him my out the door price and we decided on only $150.00 over. He was every polite and made the whole shopping experience PLEASUREABLE!!! Carl Spadaro was our salesman and he treated us with courtesy, respect and patience. He ensured that we understood everything about the 2019 Elantra that we expressed interest in. If we didn't understand a feature, he would provide us with a detailed explanation. He expressed genuine interest in our questions and made sure our questions were thoroughly answered. We appreciated his patience with us because a number of the features were new to us. Carl told us that if we had any questions whatsoever after we left the dealership that we were to contact him and he would be glad to take our call. I brought my son along, and he was very comfortable and accommodating to both of us the entire time. He kept in contact with me after my test drive, and even after we purchased the van, he was able to help me answer some other questions. I highly recommend David, if you are the kind of person (like me) who wants a proactive and helpful but not pushy person to work with. More
