He's a professional; not pushy like some sales people can be; knows how to treat people right. I would highly recommend him to those interested in looking for a car. Shahid Manzoor hung in there with me; getting me the deal that I was happy with. Even though it took a couple of tries with different figures; in the end it all worked out. Dominick Haymon completed the total package! I dealt with Dominick when I purchased my second Tuscon, and he was great to work with then too! My wife and I would definitely recommend him to a car shopper. We love the car and ended up purchasing the slightly more equipped SEL version of the Elantra than we had planned on. The pricing was reasonable and probably slightly better than the surrounding Hyundai dealers. My only disappointment was that the online Kelly Blue Book pricing included a military discount without actually disclosing that fact. While it wasn't a significant price reduction from what we paid, it still irked a little. She quickly recognized that my wife and I Robin was one of the most knowledgeable and service friendly car salesperson I've dealt with in a long time. She quickly recognized that my wife and I were buying the car for my daughter and did a great job of selling to us while acknowledging my daughter throughout the process. I really didn't want to spend a lot of time at a dealership and Robin was able to get the job done quickly without cutting any corners in service. She took the time to go through all of the car operations with my daughter and fully explained every feature of the car. She also continued to reinforce to her that if she ever had any questions, just call or stop by and she would be happy to help her with it. Robin knew her stuff! You can immediately see that she values the creation of a relationship with us as customers vs just a sale. Not too pushy and responded to our time needs as well! She covered the entire book with my daughter in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Robin - you did an awesome job and we really appreciate your dedication to customer service! More
