I had an idea of what I was looking to expect before going into the dealership. Had done a lot of homework and knew the vehicle I was interested in was in high demand. I called Dominique and told her what I was looking for. She went on the lot, and texted me pictures of the two cars that fit my needs, with the window stickers. When my wife and I got to the dealership, she had the two cars ready for a test drive. Since I knew that I was probably going to pay MSRP due to supply and demand, it was nice to see that the dealership went $1k under sticker. Every other dealership I talked with said that Sticker is what they are selling the car at, because everybody wants that car, and there is a waiting list. They were $400 under the KBB trade-in value for my car, but I wasn't going to argue about $400. It was 12 years old, with a lot of miles. In short. I didn't feel any pressure from Dominique or the finance manager. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More

I was referred to Napa Subaru by corporate Since they offered to honor the invoice price that was negotiated at the other dealership. they were extremely professional with communication and very accommodating. We were assigned to Dominique and she was our sales rep. She was always very professional, personable and communicated with me regarding ETA on the car from the factory. The day We picked up the car she had all the paperwork and loan term options for us to review and compare what fit our budget best. I would definitely recommend Dominique to friends and family or anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More
