Unnecessary add on $895 For 1 year tire, windshield, Key fob, repair. Not negotiable. They claim to ceramic coat all new cars but use substandard application. This dealership adds a non negotiable add on for $895. for a 1-year tire repair, windshield repair, key fob replacement. The dealership claims to apply a ceramic coating to all new cars, but the application process is subpar. We recommend that you do not purchase the ceramic coating warranty for $1400 and instead use a non-dealership business to properly ceramic coat your new car. Our salesperson, Dominique, provided excellent service and kept us informed about the status of our order. However, we recommend that you compare pricing outside of Huntsville before making a purchase. Have had previous Pilot serviced at this service center and have been very pleased with service. More

This is our fourth Honda vehicle in the past 15 years. It’s not because Honda didn’t last long, only because of family growth. lol. Only thing that I would like to mention that the finance personnel was a little too obviously diasspointed when I didn’t purchase the warranty programs. I knew he may need it for commission and sorry for him. The owner probably needs to pay more to satisfy him. Overall, the dealership was very good place to purchase a car. More
