Chris was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. He even went above expectations by seeing that a pinstripe was removed by the shop so that our CRV fit my "dream car" wish list (alll entire process. Finance department was so very patient and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. 10/10 will do business here again- but hopefully we won't be looking for a new Honda until I pass our 2026 CRV onto my daughter when she begins driving. I can highly recommend Shottenkirk Honda of Huntsville. I went to two different dealerships before I went to Shottenkirk Honda of Huntsville. I visited Serra Toyota and Shottenkirk Honda, both in Decatur. I went to two different dealerships before I went to Shottenkirk Honda of Huntsville. I visited Serra Toyota and Shottenkirk Honda, both in Decatur. I called Shottenkirk Honda of Huntsville and I believe I talked to a woman named Melissa and she linked me up with Jake Beddingfield. I explained to him that I didn't get that good feeling at these other dealerships, and he said to come talk to him and that he would take care of us. And he did! Even though I wasn't planning on buying that day, I did. I felt like he really wanted to make sure we were satisfied, and we were. We purchased the White Honda Ridgeline off the showroom floor. Steve in your financing department also provided exceptional service. Steve also sold us the CR-V that we traded in. More
