Don saw me looking at the cars in the lot and came over immediately to ask me if I needed help. I told him I was looking to buy a car but was not sure what I could afford. He took me and Steve over to on immediately to ask me if I needed help. I told him I was looking to buy a car but was not sure what I could afford. He took me and Steve over to one of the new Optimas, that we were looking at and asked us to sit inside and started explaining all of the wonderful features of the car. We probably sat in the car for a good 20 minutes. When I told him my budget, he asked me if I ever thought about leasing a car. I told him no because I tend to keep my cars a long time. I told him what I needed my monthly payment to be and he made it work with my trade-in and cash down. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and took time with me. He explained the financing in terms that I could understand. He returned my phone call promptly and spent a good hour reviewing all the features of my new car as well as set up my blue tooth, seat settings, as well as take the time to make sure I understood everything. I felt that Don is a person I could trust. More
