Don saw me looking at the cars in the lot and came over immediately to ask me if I needed help. I told him I was looking to buy a car but was not sure what I could afford. We probably sat in the car for a good 20 minutes. When I told him my budget, he asked me if I ever thought about leasing a car. I told him no because I tend to keep my cars a long time. I told him what I needed my monthly payment to be and he made it work with my trade-in and cash down. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and took time with me. He explained the financing in terms that I could understand. He returned my phone call promptly and spent a good hour reviewing all the features of my new car as well as set up my blue tooth, seat settings, as well as take the time to make sure I understood everything. I felt that Don is a person I could trust. More
