They were kind, thoughtful, able to talk all the different features of their cars...no pressure. They were sincerely wanting to help me answer my needs and not just sell me a car. They were also fair on price, and did not do the usual pressure of extended warranties. They did offer them, but did not press or ask you 10 times like I have experienced in the past. They followed up several times after the sell to make sure I did not have any questions or concerns. They also gave me a carfax of my car for life! If I love my Volvo as much as I enjoyed the buying experience they have won a customer for life! More

I've had my Volvo serviced three times at this dealership over the few years (mile checkpoints, new tires, etc) and I must say that the experience far out ways experiences elsewhere. Honest guidance and advice for service decisions and not driven by what part or service yields the highest charge. Welcomed with a friendly touch and extra care that makes a customer feel important. A couple visits ago, they even spotted a Volvo emblem that was missing from my used Volvo (that I did not even notice) and when I came to pick up the vehicle, it was sporting a shiny new Volvo hood emblem. I look forward to visiting again and when I look to purchase another Volvo, I will be headed straight to this dealership. In addition, unrelated to the service, but the vibe, the remodeled space is beautiful and compliments the services provided. More
