Turning my frown upside down. I had just left the Mazda dealership down the road with a bitter taste in my mouth. They had told me that the vehicleI was preprared to purchase , a 2010 Acadia was ready to be picked up. Much to my dismay it was not. In fact they tried to rush me into the finance room to sign contracts before I test drove the vehicle. It was horrible. Then they tried to sell us somethiong else and my wife and I walked out disgusted. Needless to say, I was so disappointed that I weas ready to call it quits. That was until on my commute home I pulled into the Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC in Poughkeepsie. I walked into the showroom and was treated with respect and dignity. Justin Cook introduced himself to me and quckly attended to me despite being with other customers. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly drove up and had me test drive the 2010 Acadia I now own. He truly exhibited professionalism and treated me as If we had kn own each other for years. His father was quite helpful as well thoughout the experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone intersteed in buying a new or used vehicle. They are the best !! More

Mick made the appointment for us, and Bridgette was our sales person. First impression, very professional on everyone's part. Bridgette knew the car inside and out, every feature, every push button. I have bought 5 cars in the last 7 years, she clearly is the most knowledgeable salesperson I have worked with. Negotiations on price were serious, but always professional and courteous. Don understood where I was coming from and made the deal work. Last, and best, we decided to try to drive away with the car today so we would not have to make the 6 hour round trip twice. They did everything needed to make it work, and we are home with our new car and do not have to drive back to get it. First class operation. More

Wonderful experience I was searching for an Impala LTZ and found one on the Hudson site on a Sunday afternoon. Shortly after I inquired about the vehicle, Justin Cook r I was searching for an Impala LTZ and found one on the Hudson site on a Sunday afternoon. Shortly after I inquired about the vehicle, Justin Cook responded to me in an email. I was surprised because it was Sunday and I knew that they were not open. After exchanging a few emails, I made an appointment to look at the car the next morning. I live in Newtown, CT, so it was about an hour drive to Poughkeepsie. When I arrived I was greeted by Justin and he showed me the car and took a ride with me. He had just washed it and it looked beautiful. I wasn't sure if my husband would fit in the car because it had a sunroof which often makes the cabin shorter. Don Cook, who was sitting next to Justin suggested that I drive it home and see if he fit. I was shocked because I live over an hour away. I drove it home to CT and my husband fit in it. The next day, we owned the car. Justin patiently went over all of the paperwork with me and I went home. We returned on Thursday night to pick up the car and Tim went over the paperwork with us, as Justin was busy. I was very happy with the polite manner and professionalism that Justin Cook showed towards me. I would definitely return to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC to purchase another car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Thanks Justin. And thanks Don for the great conversation and shopping recommendations. More

Saturday June 28th I walk into the dealership and within a moment I am asked if I can be helped by Mick. From there I am soon talking to Don and getting a trade-in pric I walk into the dealership and within a moment I am asked if I can be helped by Mick. The numbers were doable with a little extra push!I never even thought about" the end of month quota time" as I was just interested in getting a new car. Shortly after I was going for a test drive! and then on the return it was the process of getting all the papers in order. I picked up my car after work on Monday and am entirely happy. More

Brilliant Experience ! Referred to Hudson by my insurance company and their car buying service. Found the 2013 ATS I wanted, but was not a perfect match (needed heated seat Referred to Hudson by my insurance company and their car buying service. Found the 2013 ATS I wanted, but was not a perfect match (needed heated seats). Set up a test drive appointment with Bridgette, actually went on drive with Mick, but not to worry she then worked through all the details, features etc. Then did an extended test drive. Fortunately, the heated seats could be added. Then followed the process of valuing a trade and working towards a purchase. Here is where Bridgette and Don were excellent at finding common ground for actually moving to purchase ------ I have to say they were both excellent and good to work with, so bought the car. Picking up the Cadillac was very straight forward --- heated seats installed, car ready for delivery, and Brigdette walked me through the features again, made sure I was comfortable and ready to go. Spoke again to Don and left a happy customer. In summary, I think that I was actually helped by at least 5 individuals and they were all knowledgeable, professional and friendly …… this is not to be expected at a car dealership (and I have been to a few). These folks were obviously backed up by an outstanding service staff that made the experience first rate in all aspects. Would I recommend, yes I would….in fact I already passed along my compliments to the insurance company to let them know that their rating as a preferred dealer was in fact accurate. More

We currently own a GMC truck so we started looking to see what vehicles Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC Dealership had on their lot. We narrowed it down to two, the Buick Enclave or Cadillac SRX. Manny Pece was our Sales Consultant. We made an appointment to test drive the two vehicles and ended up driving many vehicles with no complaints from Manny. In the end we chose the Cadillac. Manny couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. He treated us like we were family. Every Sales Consultant, Business Manager. we encountered were very friendly, making sure we had a pleasant experience with them. If you are looking for a great experience in purchasing or leasing your next vehicle we would recommend Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC Dealership, they are a great group of men and women willing to give you information, choices, advise all with a smile. My experience was so positive at this dealership that I felt the need to share my thoughts and acknowledge those responsible for it. I was searching for a car that I had seen online. It was a used car with a different make than what Is generally sold at the dealership. I had in fact already decided to purchase an automobile elsewhere that I had seen previously. This dealership was on the way so I figured I would stop by. I was glad I did. My sales person was Bridgette Guarneri. She greeted me pleasantly as soon as I entered the door. She knew exactly instantly the car I was talking about. I found her appearance, demeanor, and her ability to convey insight about this car completely professional and first rate. As I stated, It wasn't even a vehicle that was generally sold there. She knew everything about the car instantly. The history, the mechanics, the options. I didn't feel pressured at all. I genuinely felt like she was just trying to give me the best information she could in order to make a decision. After having my trade in appraised. Which was quick and seamless. I continued to talk to Bridgette about price options.. The sales manager came over and we came up with a deal right there. I thought he was more than fair. Pleasant. Professional. And I didn't get the sense of game playing that I often have gotten at other dealerships. Bridgette took care of everything after that. Insurance. Plates. Everything. Seamless and picked up later that day. I was shocked that It could be done that fast. All and all it was a great experience, and I would recommend this dealership highly. Quite frankly, the principal reason I purchased the car there was because of my positive experience with the staff. Bridgette was great. So I felt the need to write a review. More

The day it arrived I got pictures and a video of it coming in on the truck...thats a great experience to create for the buyer. The dealership has such a terrific atmosphere as even other sales personnel call me by my first name now. The partnership and family feeling that Justin and Don Cook create makes these purchases about the vehicle, the experience, and the exhuberance car enthusiasts crave. The only surprise is that every buying experience gets better. Thanks Justin for all you do. More
