I can not speak highly enough about the folks at Hudson GMC. Justin Cook took extra time to run through options to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. In addition, he made delivery of the car extra special for my 4 year old by treating her like a VIP. Justin is professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, friendly and passionate about what he does. His follow up was thorough and timely. He really went above and beyond to make sure he presented us with options and then took extra time to make sure we were in the right vehicle for our family. From making our family feel comfortable in the vehicle to setting up our bluetooth and On-Star, they left no stone unturned. We even received a hand written Thank You card from the manager, Don Cook to show us that even after we drive off of the lot, they didn't forget us! We were so lucky to have found Don and Justin. This is our third vehicle from Hudson GMC. The quality of service and integrity from these guys is second to none!! More

I had initially spoken to Mke but when I got to the appointment we had made, he had other clients that were supposed to have come in much earlier so he inttroduced Justin Cook to me to take over. Justin was extremely pleasant and we went out to look at cars and go for some rides. He explained the differences between the Malibu and he Impala and after some rides and discussion, I decided on an Impala. We went back to his desk and we talked money and coverage and what pre-owned certified meant. I was very pleased wih Justin. At the end of our meeting, he had to leave and a John took over the rest of the paperwork. I got to talk to Don Cook and he was very pleasant also. When John and I finished up and I was ready to leave, Mike came over to apologize for his not being able to take care of me and said he hoped all went well. I must say that all th gentlemen I spoke to were extremely wonderful and Justin was just fabulous. He took time with me when picked up the car to explain all the instruments and got all the phone, music, on-star, etc. ready to go for me. I found this car buying experience a wonderful one for me. I am a widow and although I had a friend with me, I was on my own financally, etc. Justin made things so easy for me and I am very appreciative to him. I have already recommended the dealership to one of my son's staff at his residence house. He loved my Impala! Thank you Hudson GMC for all your help, friendlines and kindness, especially to Justin. Being a single female, I had my doubts how well my "car buying experience" was going to be. On my first visit, I went with my 9 yr old son towards the end of the night. Staff quickly and warmly welcomed me and I was introduced to Justin Cook, who listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Although I loved the Acadia, I was also inquiring about the Terrain. He gave me all of the information for both vehicles, including financing/ leasing options, and took the time to show the vehicles to me. That night I left feeling confident and well informed to make the best decision on which one was right for me. I also didn't feel pressured in any way throughout this whole process. My second visit was 5 days later due to my work schedule; once again, staff was there to greet me. I decided the Terrain was the better choice for me at this time, so Justin took me to test drive it. Prior to test drive, Justin took the time to explain the car in detail and showed me what all the buttons did. I drove in residential areas as well as the interstate, and I was pleased with how well it handled. Justin never rushed me or disregarded what I said/ thought and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The next day, I went with my 3yr old son. After tying up final paperwork, I gladly handed the keys to my former SUV and drove off with my brand new Terrain! I want to add Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC is a kid friendly dealership. There was an area for my 3yr old to play at and both my kids were offered snacks and drinks to their content. I also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Justin's father, Don. He was involved with pricing out my trade-in but he did more than that. Throughout my visits, we had many conversations and laughs. I felt like I was more than a customer. He also engaged in conversation with both of my kids, which I appreciate. Manny was another staff member that had friendly conversations with me. I never felt like I was left alone or forgotten about. If all that wasn't enough, Justin gave each of my kids and myself a gift! I'm honestly blown away with this place and will recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

The complete buying experience was pleasureable with no haggling over price. They didn't have the car we wanted, so they were able to locate it and get it delivered for us. The quote was very good and we haggling over price. They didn't have the car we wanted, so they were able to locate it and get it delivered for us. The quote was very good and we were treated with respect not found at other dealerships. All problems and questions were answered by the sales representatives. not a big fan of the car buying experience but "if you gotta, you gotta" and Hudson GMC is the place to go. A repeat customer, my last purchase being 7 years ago,I was very heartened to find a vehicle you gotta, you gotta" and Hudson GMC is the place to go. A repeat customer, my last purchase being 7 years ago,I was very heartened to find a vehicle meeting my creiteria up at Hudson. Familiarity brings a somewhat comfortable element to the proceedings, which never hurts. And the cherry on the sundae turns out to be the salesman I had the pleasure to deal with, a Mr. Manny Pece. Turns out Mr. Pece is an alum of my High School, of which, in 45 years since graduation, I hadn't met one...an alum that is. The ensuing business was conducted with a equal mix of remembering old teachers and coming to a business solution. Very cool! And nothing leaves the showroom without the blessing of the used car manager, Mr. Don Cook. If there's a more down to earth used car salesman,(which is scary to think such a person exists:) He is. You can bring your "A" negiotiating skills and they will be met professionally and fairly. The outcomes are up to you.Needless to say, I drove off in my new car feeling pretty much like I was treated fairly. And I absolutely love the vehicle!An A+car buying experience once again...thanks guys, very much! More

I loved my experience with Justin. If you had asked me 2 weeks ago I would have told you the reason I don't have a new car is because I hate the car buying process, but that is no longer the case. Buying a car here felt like I was buying at a Mom and Pop Shop. They were friendly,informative, and easy going. There was no haggling and the price for my new car was very competitive. Even better- they offered more money for my trade in then even I thought it was worth. I could go on, but I think it is best you experience it for yourself...I can say this: I live about an hour from the dealership, but I have every intention of returning there for all services and future purchases. More

I initially came to the dealership to just browse. Bridgette approached me and asked if I need assistance. Although I did not see the vehicle I was interested in, she took my name and number and said Bridgette approached me and asked if I need assistance. Although I did not see the vehicle I was interested in, she took my name and number and said she would keep an eye out. Within two weeks, she was in contact and indicated that a SRX that I may like was coming into the dealership. Needless to say..... I purchased the vehicle when it arrived!! Bridgette is young and ambitious, and with her warm personality; she is destined to have a great career in sales! She spent quality time with my husband and I, going over every detail of the car, even after the showroom closed for the night! The other sales staff were also very friendly and attentive. Don and Mike were extremely helpful, and made all efforts to ensure that my husband and I were happy with the purchase!! I would definately reccomend Hudson Cadillac to family and friends. By far best experience I have ever had at a dealership, everyone was friendly and goes out of there way to help you and notr in the usual annoying salesperson kind of way. Justin was great went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the ins and outs of the car and when I picked the car up helped me Sync my phone to it instead of just telling me to read the manual. I will definitely be sticking with this dealership for all of my future car buying needs.
