Purchase of my 5th car from Lexus of Melbourne in the last 5 I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne since 2010. I purchased my 1st Lexus in 2003 from PalmBeach Lexus for my wife. I was hooked on Mercedes SUV's t I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne since 2010. I purchased my 1st Lexus in 2003 from PalmBeach Lexus for my wife. I was hooked on Mercedes SUV's then, having had a 2003 and a 2007, the latter of which I traded in for my 1st Lexus RX in 2010. I upgraded to an AWD RX450h in 2013, which unfortunately was totaled in an auto accident a few months ago. Lexus was my first and only choice for a replacement. My salesman Don Coppola has been excellent and truly has customer satisfaction as his #1 priority. My Service Rep, Jaime Coates, is superb and always is on top of everything. Kudos to the Managing Owner, TR Page, for running a top notch and knowledgable organization. More

Happy Lexus Momma When I walked into Lexus of Melbourne I did not even have time to open the door for myself, because Don was there greeting me and my little girl. Afte When I walked into Lexus of Melbourne I did not even have time to open the door for myself, because Don was there greeting me and my little girl. After letting him know that I had seen a few cars online I was interested in he promptly got the keys and showed us the cars. I appreciated that he took us on a nice test drive so that I could really try out the car and see how it drove. There was no pressure and Don stayed late to finish the deal a couple days later, along with Rene in finance who was also professional and helpful. Lexus of Melbourne gave me a very fair amount for my trade, and a great deal on an excellent certified preowned Lexus. I couldnt be happier! Not only is it a beautiful facility but I felt very comfortable and will recommend this dealership, and Don to anyone looking for an awesome experience. The bottom line is you will be satisfied...
