Excellent Dealership My husband and I have been customers of HMP for years and although we've purchased a couple of other brands of vehicles (Jeep & VW) we have never rece My husband and I have been customers of HMP for years and although we've purchased a couple of other brands of vehicles (Jeep & VW) we have never received the excellence in service as we have experienced at HMP. From the amazing and efficient receptionist, Anne Sullivan, to our salesman Jim Guenther plus all of the staff in the service department we couldn't be more delighted with the friendly, professional and knowledgable service of everyone at HMP! They have our highest regard and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! More

Always excellent The staff seem to always go out of their way to help. Be it delivery of a new vehicle at odd hours, a "quick look" at a vehicle issue on my way by or The staff seem to always go out of their way to help. Be it delivery of a new vehicle at odd hours, a "quick look" at a vehicle issue on my way by or just accomodating my busy schedule by fitting me in for a service. Most of the staff have been there for years and you get to know them quite easily when you need something. I always recommend HMP to anyone looking for a GM vehicle and none of them have been disappointed with how they were looked after. More

Sorry, It a GM problem, not ours! 2015 Suburban purchased August, received in November. I have a list of issues with the vehicle (Vibrations, drive train issues, squealing brakes, etc 2015 Suburban purchased August, received in November. I have a list of issues with the vehicle (Vibrations, drive train issues, squealing brakes, etc) and each time it has been in to repair them, I get the same answer......"Yes, there is a problem. No we did not fix it". GM seems to have no solution. I call GM and they simply direct me to my dealer for service. GM's final answer is to replace the truck with a new one and I appreciate that, but seems very wasteful to me. Thank You Tim, Don and Ed for your tolerance inputting up with my complaints. More

In the 13 years that I have had service and repair work done, I have been in contact with almost all of the staff. The mechanics and oil,lube shop staff are very helpful and do excellent work.
