I had dealt with Don earlier in the summer. Walker Ford had the best deal but I didn't buy because I was concerned about the economy going forward to the 4th quarter of the year and did not want to spend had the best deal but I didn't buy because I was concerned about the economy going forward to the 4th quarter of the year and did not want to spend $30000 of capital for a vehicle. I received a promotional flyer with commercial vehicles shown and a description of the Ford Leasing Program. We had used this program in the past so I was intrigued. I emailed Don and he got back with me. We did the deal in around 2 hours and 3 days later I had the vehicle I needed for my business. I want to thank Don and all of the supporting staff that made my experience a positive one. Prior to my experience at Walker Ford on Friday, I purchased a Ford from a dealer in upstate NY In the last 10 years we have purchased 5 new Fords. Prior to my experience at Walker Ford on Friday, I purchased a Ford from a dealer in upstate NY, and after that experience I vowed to discontinue shopping for a Ford vehicle. My brother knew we were looking for another vehicle and how displeased we were with the last purchase and recommended Don Dithmer. He said regardless of what our prior experience was that Don would set the records straight, and my brother wouldn't take no for an answer. I am happy to say as a result we now own a new Ford, and our heart remains with Ford. The deal was made in a short period of time with great customer service and professionalism.
