I have to say that today was the most pleasant day I have ever had shopping for cars. Don was very pleasant and helpful to work with. He showed me some nice Buicks on the lot but they just werent for me. He ever had shopping for cars. Don was very pleasant and helpful to work with. He showed me some nice Buicks on the lot but they just werent for me. He even introduced me to his sales manager John who was even nicer than him. John managed to show me all of the cars on the lot that were in my price range from his own desktop in his office. Honestly, I have to admit the staff here is pretty great because it's not too often that a sales manager welcomes u into his own office to personally show u his entire inventory on his without even taking u outside and its ur first time at that dealership. Wow, really took that extra step to make me feel special. And they weren't busy at all... thanks again John for making me feel pretty again.
