Stop with the passwords!!!!! I already wrote this review and now have to do it again!!!!! I wanted to say some more positive words about Don Edwards. He was very professional and helpful, and explained what and now have to do it again!!!!! I wanted to say some more positive words about Don Edwards. He was very professional and helpful, and explained what I needed to know. He took me out in a 2020 Terrain Denali to show me the automatic parking. In the end I went with the 2021 Terrain SLT. He never pressured me to buy one or the other, which I very much appreciated. Thank you, Don! More

The Service Department is VERY hard to reach either by phone or email; however, on site the people are accommodating and helpful. The worst new car buying experience I have had in 25 years of buying cars. Reached a fair deal quickly after that their customer service stopped. Repeated phone calls to find out when the car would be years of buying cars. Reached a fair deal quickly after that their customer service stopped. Repeated phone calls to find out when the car would be ready for pick up. When we came to get the car paperwork was no where to be found resulting in a return trip to the dealership. Our sales team Don and John could not answer questions and even failed to tell us about the free first oil change so we would use their service department. No follow up unless we pushed them to do it. More

Over the years purchasing a vehicle from a dealership has always been an unpleasant experience. Working with Don Edwards at Quebedeaux GMC turned the drudgery into a pleasant business deal. I spent a couple months researching online & test driving numerous brands of trucks. Don answered my many questions and acquired additional parts & inventory information for me. Over the course of my buying experience the sales and finance folks were professional, courteous, and didn't play games. The final price was exactly as negotiated, for both my trade-in and the new truck, no last-minute surprises. The purchasing process itself was quick and painless, they didn't attempt to sell me additional warranties or paint protectant products, etc. I highly recommend Quebedeaux and appreciate all the upfront info they provide online for all their vehicles. It took to long, but the sales force were unbelievably terrific! What else is there to say. I knew what I wanted when i went there, It fit all our needs.
