The 2015 Chevrolet Cruze that I had purchased. Had a lens that had fallen off inside the headlight assembly, I had noticed this before purchasing. I was told it would be taken care of. Brought the car i lens that had fallen off inside the headlight assembly, I had noticed this before purchasing. I was told it would be taken care of. Brought the car in, I was told they had to get a estimate for the used car department, that they would give me a call to bring it back in. Well no phone call, I called, I was told I would get a call back they had to check into it. Still no call back. It’s been two weeks now. I will not be using their service at all or any future vehicle purchases. More

Fabulous coureous responsive service and a great deal when I recently leased a vehicle from them. I first called Don Edwards there at 10am and my vehicle was delivered to my door and all the paperwork when I recently leased a vehicle from them. Stop with the passwords!!!!! I already wrote this review and now have to do it again!!!!! I wanted to say some more positive words about Don Edwards. He was very professional and helpful, and explained what and now have to do it again!!!!! I wanted to say some more positive words about Don Edwards. He was very professional and helpful, and explained what I needed to know. He took me out in a 2020 Terrain Denali to show me the automatic parking. In the end I went with the 2021 Terrain SLT. The Service Department is VERY hard to reach either by phone or email; however, on site the people are accommodating and helpful.
