I went to Fred Anderson Toyota to purchase my first ever new car. As soon as I walked in the door, an associate greeted me and pointed me in the right direction. My experience from there was more than phenomenal as Saara began walking us around the lot and getting a feel for what I wanted in a car. She quickly narrowed it down to a car I would like and took it for a test drive. She knew the Highlander inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions. Not, low-pressure, but no-pressure I worked with Eddie Cooks, Don Hesher, and Ryan Spence to find and purchase a new car after my car had a catastrophic failure on the way to Charleston I worked with Eddie Cooks, Don Hesher, and Ryan Spence to find and purchase a new car after my car had a catastrophic failure on the way to Charleston, leaving me with a car worth 1/6 of what it would cost to fix. As a stranded visitor, it was an extremely stressful situation to be in. Eddie, Ryan, and Don helped an otherwise extremely-stressful situation get handled in an extremely stress-free manner. Eddie listened to me when I told him what I was looking for, and showed me no more than what I asked about. We looked at a few cars, but he put me in for a test-drive in a car he knew I would end up buying - that was the only car I actually drove, and it was the right call. Ryan helped the closing process go very smoothly and quickly, which kept my stress levels very low. Don was an excellent manager towork with, pointing me in the correct direction towards Eddie after I told him about my situation and what I was looking for. Altogether, every member of the Anderson Toyota team was extremely personable, professional, and relaxed. There was no pushiness or pressure to buy outside of my budget, and a lot of understanding. Together, these three helped me find a car that not only met but exceeded what I was looking for while remaining within my parameters within 24 hours.
