Brent was the salesperson we dealt with and he went through the ropes of the Tacoma and Tundra and was very honest about the vehicles, unlike others that just want to make the money. He wanted to create a relationship with us and to purchase the right vehicle for me. Later on, we met Don and he was very helpful with assisting in making the deal. Further on, we followed up and met with Alesia and was a very truthful finance agent which was very helpful with guiding us in the right direction financially. Last, but not least we met Tonya after the truck arrived and she was very thorough with showing me the amenities in the Tundra! I attempted to get another dealership to get the vehicle, after 9 days they could not get the vehicle. I went to Fred Anderson Toyota and explained that i had found a specific vehicle out state that i wanted to purchase. Within an hour the staff had confirmed that they had acquired the vehicle and that it should be delivered in a week or so. The sales person kept me informed of the process and the vehicle actually arrived earlier than expected. The dealership gave me a good deal on the vehicle and on the trade-in. The dealership exceeded my expectations throughout the process, especially the salesperson Faye Bustos. More
