Went to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and got a great deal on a new Toyota Tundra truck. Also got "Better Financing" than my bank could provide. No high pressure sales tactics. Very patient and attentive to our wants and needs for a vehicle. Steven Rhoads was the mastermind in locating the truck we wanted. He expedited getting what we wanted, brought it in from another Fred Anderson location. Our price was one that no other dealer could beat on a new 2019 Tundra. Antwoine Taylor was our sales professional, he was quick with any answers to questions. Don is a total professional all the way with the Sales Management team. And Ryan in the Finance department has the patience and experience to answer all questions and does not rush you through the paperwork process. This is the car dealership for people that "don't like car dealerships". If you are leery of fast talking, salesman, bait and switch tactics, and cheesy antics witnessed at other dealerships. You will not find that at Fred Anderson Toyota. Real Folks, Genuine Professionals, a great experience at this dealership. Definitely room for improvement in the interior detailing department...unfortunately I can do a much more thorough job myself in 10 mins than what the detailing dept did in what felt like over an hour. Lack of attention to average details in cleaning the interior of a vehicle. Still highly recommended! More

New 2019 Tacoma for our son's graduation! My husband and I were in town from Myrtle Beach for service for our vehicle at another dealership & decided to go browsing for a pre-owned Tacoma for My husband and I were in town from Myrtle Beach for service for our vehicle at another dealership & decided to go browsing for a pre-owned Tacoma for our soon to be high school graduate son. We were greeted immediately by sweet Faye Bustos. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. After showing us all the pre-owned Tacomas they had on the lot, she suggested that we take a look at some new ones because the entry prices were comparable to some of the pre-owned trim levels we had seen. We decided to take one for a test drive. Faye accompanied us and began to educate us about all the safety features the truck had. She pretty much had me at that point, because as a mama bear, your job is to protect your cubs. Knowing that our son will be 2 hours away at college next year, the included maintenance and roadside assistance were icing on the cake. It even included lane assist & collision avoidance, which really spoke to my heart. Also with the Fred Anderson family plan, he will have lifetime oil changes and powertrain warranty. We had the absolute best experience buying this vehicle than we've ever had purchasing vehicles working with Faye. The manager, Don came over, and didn't play any games, just found out what we wanted and what we budgeted, and the deal was done. Faye even drove our new Tacoma down to Myrtle Beach and picked up our trade vehicle! It was the most impeccable service we've ever received! Fun fact, it is our first Toyota purchase, but I have a feeling it won't be our last! We highly recommend Faye Bustos and this dealership! More

We had previously looked on the website and knew exactly which trucks we wanted to see. After deciding that we did want to purchase a vehicle, we to Robbie that we were in a time crunch and has somewhere to be within the hour. Robbie did an excellent job to make the process of placing a deposit to hold the truck as smooth as possible. We returned the next business day and took care of the rest of the paperwork. Ryan handles our financing and he took extra time to answer all of my husband's detailed questions. The manager, Don Hesher, also came over to make sure we were pleased with our experience, which we were! Even after we purchased the truck we had some questions about getting it serviced, Robbie was quick to answer our texts/phone calls and set us up with a service guy who was specifically familiar with Chevy trucks. We would recommend anyone going to see Robbie and working with Ryan in finance! More
