Best experience Chris Jennings was very professional and took his time and had a lot of patience while we were trying to decide on the vehicle. Ryan Was very friendly and helped us through the financial portion in a timely manner and with excellent service . Absolutely Horrible Customer Service Never have I ever been disrespected in a car dealership until now! My wife and I came into the dealership looking to buy a 2018 Highlander. Eric Peter Never have I ever been disrespected in a car dealership until now! My wife and I came into the dealership looking to buy a 2018 Highlander. Eric Peterson was our sales associate. We wanted the color Ooh la la rouge that they did not have so it would have to be delivered. We were settling on a price when I wanted to find out what my APR would be. Eric told us we would go into finance office. I told him I would like to think about the price since we had somewhere to go. Then he proceed to raise his voice yelling at us saying "REALLY?!? YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE?? WE GOT YOU THE PRICE YOU WANTED AND NOW YOU WANNA THINK ABOUT IT?? I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WANTED TO BUY TODAY" Which I never said that I would buy today! We left immediately and the manager, Don Hesher, asked us what's wrong. I told him that I do not want to think about buying a car while being yelled at by Eric. I told Don I dont want to feel pressured into buying and absolutely don't want to be disrespected, we shake hands and left. Don Hesher has been helpful to us with getting us a lower price, he also apologized!! Customer service and Professionalism are the two most important characters in my opinion. Even if we agreed on a price doesn't mean we have to buy it. A person's time and money is that person's business. If you value Customer service and Professionalism, then save your money and go elsewhere. More

Awesome Experience Can not say enough good things about the whole experience, from the dealership, to the sales staff. From the moment my husband and I walked into the Can not say enough good things about the whole experience, from the dealership, to the sales staff. From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership we were greeted with a smiling face and a sense of sincereness . We were greeted by one of the newest member to the team, Dillon Lafferty. He took the time to listen to our needs and made sure to help us in every aspect from test-driving to actually sealing the deal. We explained we were not ready to buy that day, and everyone understood and did not hassle us with calls or emails. That in itself was a pleasure. Once we returned with our decisions made, everyone made it simple and efficient. Don took a moment to listen to what we needed, and then put together an offer. There was no haggling, or pushiness. They had the paperwork ready for our return, and even picked us up at another dealership were we sold our vehicles. At any time , we had a question, no one proceeded without answering the question and making sure we didn't have any others. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly, and we weren't pushed to buy something we didn't want or need.. I even went back for a followup tutorial to help me with all the technology and features of the car. Between Dillon and Missy, I feel like I couldn't have made a better choice of car for our needs. Great Experience! My week started off with a car accident (perfect start right) and I was not looking forward to visiting a car dealership to purchase a vehicle especia My week started off with a car accident (perfect start right) and I was not looking forward to visiting a car dealership to purchase a vehicle especially not one that I typically take my vehicles to when in need of service. You see I have unfortunately had many poor buying experiences over the years with pushy salesmen trying to get you into something you didn't want and drain every last penny from your pocket at the same time. I did not want my outlook of the dealership I choose for service to change or become awkward due to a poor experience of this type. As I approached the door I was greeted by Samuel Thomas who was very friendly but not at all pushy. He was attentive and listened carefully to my needs and thoughts and went right to work diligently trying to find just the right vehicle for me. I tend to be a bit picky or maybe thorough is a better word so I kept him tied up for a long time (sorry Sam) but Samuel never once complained or tried to rush me along but instead comforted me explaining this is a huge decision and probably the 2nd largest purchase you will make lets take our time and get it right for you Sam explained. Needless to say I was thrilled to find someone that was legitimately concerned and genuinely cared about getting me in the right vehicle not just making another sale.. Trust is a huge factor for me and to be perfectly honest if I do not feel like I can trust someone I will find someone else to do business with. Samuel was able to gain my trust several times throughout our interactions which lasted more than a week, again I'm a bit "thourough" (sorry again Sam). Some of the things Samuel was able to gain my trust included helping me choose the right accessories while explaining that some may be better to do aftermarket etc.. Samuel was able to share some real customer feedback with me, as well as feedback from many of his coworkers and managers regarding similar vehicles and accessories. I ended up walking away an owner of a new tundra customized just the way I wanted it at a fair price but did so with an extremely enjoyable hassle free and very friendly experience. It felt like I purchased a car from a close friend and had my own personal assistant along side each step of the way to make things as simple and enjoyable as possible. Great job Samuel I appreciate you and all you do! I will absolutely recomend others to not only visit Fred Anderson but also to find Samuel at any cost in order to purchase their next vehicle.. ps - again Thank You for your service Sam! My interactions with all members of the team were great! Don Hesher worked with me over the phone at one point when Sam was not available and was also very friendly helpful and just down to earth. Don helped me figure out exactly how I wanted to move forward with my customization etc. and also helped me locate the perfect truck to fit my needs. Thanks Don I will let you check it out when I am finished with my build! Ryan Spence was able to make the toughest part (paying for this thing) a pleasure. Ryan was extremely sociable which I found extremely rare coming from a finance guy.. Ryan injected just the right amount of humor into his fact based conversation with me. Ryan was able to make choosing the right finance / purchase options for me as well as find the best warranty coverage policies to allow for the many areas of customizations I planned to perform with out overselling any packages that I did not need or may not have quite as much bang for the buck. Ryan was very flexible on many levels throughout our transactions and made me feel comfortable and walk away proud almost feeling like a VIP. I was even more impressed when I later learned the entire time his department was short staffed and yet I never once would have guessed that because he took his time and was careful to make certain I did not feel rushed. Ryan again Great Job keep it up I appreciate all you were able to do for me! More
