Working with my parents on every detail and features of their cars and making himself available whenever needed. His knowledge exceeds sales expectations. During the numbers and trade-in process, Don (who is also a personal friend) put their mind at ease that they were getting the best price. The financing process through Alesia was outstanding and seamless. She had all the paperwork well organized and made the signing process a breeze. They worked very hard to make a vehicle on the lot match my needs when it turned out I may have a 6-8 week wait for my specified trim to come over by boat. I called Don on his personal cell last weekend and by Wednesday I had swapped out my 2010 4runner for a 2018 4runner. At this point, I'm just going to start bringing my title when shopping for a new toyota because I've never left the lot without a new truck on the same day I arrived! More
