Great Experience We are really glad we decided to stop. Our salesmen John Inman was actually supposed to be leaving for the day but showed us all of the 4 runners that We are really glad we decided to stop. Our salesmen John Inman was actually supposed to be leaving for the day but showed us all of the 4 runners that met our criteria. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time even though he knew we were from NC and it was 7:30 pm on a Friday night. John found a vehicle that had just arrived and took the information for our trade. Don Hesher valued our trade and was very transparent concerning the value of our trade and the discount offered on the new vehicle. John and Don stayed until 9:30 pm to put this deal together. We came back the next day after the service department added window tint and running boards to wrap up the paper work. Christen was very efficient and a joy to work with. Great overall experience. Will definitely do business with them in the future. More

I looked into 5 dealerships and 3 different vehicle makes and dealt with the full range of salespeople and sales managers from very pleasant to very pushy high-pressure types over a month or so of inquiries. Steve Darling did an excellent job of answering questions concerning the various Toyota SUVs and what was available and what was coming in. The clincher however was the final price on a Highlander XLE that Don Hesher generated along with an upgraded value on my trade-in. I have acquaintances that have Fred Anderson Toyotas and they use the service department and have been quite pleased with it so I am looking forward to the same experience. More
