Bait and switch I live in Indiana. I searched online for the best deal I could get on a Prius C 4. I found a Prius C 4 in online inventory at this place for $2000 les I live in Indiana. I made the decision to travel down there for the car after days of back and forth working out a deal with trade in and financing I was comfortable with. I talked with multiple people via emails and phone calls. I verified at least three times that the car was there and the model was a 4 and not a 1,2, or 3. I was about to click on the "Purchase flight" button to head down there and I decided to call one more time and ask them to check on the car model. I thought to myself $2000 lower than any other trim 4 I've found seems too good to be true. Apparently, it was. None of the other times I asked them to verify it was a trim 4 had they actually done it. This time the guy comes back on the phone and says it is actually a Prius C trim 1! That was the end of the conversation. Not that they could have said anything that would have made up for it anyway, but not even an i'm sorry. Classic BAIT and SWITCH. I'm glad I called one last time or I would have found out at the dealership having traveled from Indiana. I had never been so disgusted with a company in my whole life. I didn't even pursue the car anywhere else after this treachery. I had no respect for these type of car stealerships before and my opinion of them after didn't get any better. BUYER BEWARE! More

No Pressure Went in looking for something more suited to pull a trailer than my 4 cyl Tacoma. Chris Mitchell was our salesman. Was looking for a Tundra SR but they did not have one in stock. Did not think I could afford an SR5 but Chris said we could drive one just to see if that was close to what I wanted. He knew the product very well and I decided the Tundra was what I wanted. He said they could get the SR but would work to get the money right on the SR5. Don Hesher was the sales manager we dealt with. Unlike many dealers I never felt pressured. The deal was made and it was on to the finance guy. I figured this was where the hard sell would start but once again there was no pressure. The whole team were very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
