I called before I ever went to Fred Anderson spoke with Derek on the phone, who gave me so much helpful information when I arrived, I was greeted outside the dealership the doors were opened for me. Call Derek for me who sent a salesman, Eric. Eric listened to what I wanted to buy and found the car for me. Everything went smoothly and he has checked on me several times to ensure that things were going smoothly with the new car and it’s new technology. Dania was great, I came in with a specific car in mind and was very firm on it, I knew that it was not in the inventory at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. Dania did quick research to find the vehicle location and the team at Fred Anderson made arrangements for the vehicle to be delivered to their dealer. Dania worked with me to negotiate price and included packages. I left with exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted.
