2 minutes agoNEW I would recommend this dealership to everyone. From the moment I walked in they treated me like family. My sales guy Matthew Kinard was great to work with and always tries to go the extr everyone. From the moment I walked in they treated me like family. My sales guy Matthew Kinard was great to work with and always tries to go the extra mile to make things happen. He explained all the costs and everything in detail and did not hide anything. I ordered my Rav4 hybrid and had to wait for it but got exactly everything I wanted. There were a few road bumps with the delivery date but the dealership made it right even though it was out of there control do to shipping delays. Don the sales manager was always helpful when I called and gave it to me straight with what was going on. Additionally Robbie the finance guy was truly amazing and his customer interaction was too notch. He really has a infectious attitude and made me feel like he was a friend I known for a long time. Stand-up guy. I have bought plenty of cars over the years and I can say that Fred Anderson Toyota was the best experience I ever had. Keep up the good work guys!! More
