Overall the experience was good. Particularly the lead up and actual purchase of the vehicle. I’m in the after purchase phase now and I’m sensing a difference in service. The first time in 2021 was so pleasant and we've liked our crosstrek and their service department so much we decided to repeat the process this year when we needed to replace our 2nd car. We came in seriously talking about buying a second crosstrek, but the sales team helped us look at a few other models and we picked the Impreza RS by unanimous family vote. They were great with my 9 year old and she discovered a shared love of popcorn and anime with our sales team. They called around and found the model we wanted in her favorite color. If you live in the area and can make use of their service department, Albany Subaru is an incredibly easy and family friendly way to buy and maintain your vehicle. Highly recommend them. More

I ended up making a great deal and walked out a 2024 Crosstrek owner. They even accommodated that I had to get to work and got the paperwork done quickly. I swear I left feeling like I had made all these new friends. More
