I would MAYBE recommend dealership to someone looking to purchase a used car. Good salesperson and finance manager. Deceptive website and pricing. Unknown service. Due to the issues below I will tell friends who go to Albany Subaru to always visit at least one other dealership. With the exception of the issues below I had a positive sales experience. The car, a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, is a good car. But taking into consideration the issues below, I now realize that I should have good to at least two dealerships. The ELO GPS is a $1695 joke. Was told it was already installed so I had to pay the $1695 (even when I asked to have it removed). The app is very average and is worth maybe $100-$250 at the very most. If purchase of it was required, why wasn't it included in the price of the car on the website? Had I known, I very well would have gone to another dealership, Another website issue is that it lists a 5.54% interest rate for all used cars when in fact, as I was told, that the 5.54% rate only applies to "certified pre-owned" vehicles. There were other smaller issues and promises not kept, but nothing major. The car appears to be first rate and exactly what I expected. More

I've consistently had an excellent experience dealing with Albany Subaru. First in leasing the vehicle, now nearly 2 years ago, and each time when visitng for regular service/maintenance. Scheduling is easy, communication with staff is excellent, service is prompt and organized, and the waiting area is very comfortably appointed. Nicest experience at a car dealership ever. More
