We bought a 2024 Subaru Forester Limited from Albany Subaru. They were friendly and welcoming, with a good selection of vehicles, and they had the car we were looking for in the color we wanted on the l Subaru. They were helpful and attentive, and we didn't have to wait around for our scheduled test drive. However, sales tactics were a bit high-pressure, which is what I would expect from any car dealership, so that was disappointing. We had to pay for interior and exterior "appearance protection" treatment that had already been applied to the car, and which we would have declined otherwise, but at least they knocked about $500 off the $2,000 price for that, which I'm sure is still way over-inflated. Also, there is a small ding on the passenger side roof, which they promised to fix, but arrangements for how to do that were unclear and still have not been addressed. Our salesman did call me two days after our purchase just to check in and to make sure our new car was OK, which it is. They also scheduled a follow-up appointment for us in two weeks to answer any questions we may have about our new car. I understand that that is standard practice for Subaru, and it's a nice touch.
